Delivery Information

All goods are shipped By Czech Post, using their registered post service (signed-for). We do not currently offer shipping by un-registered post.

All signed-for delveries to EU/EEA addresses currently carry a 17% Posting & Packing Charge.

Deliveries to the Rest of the World can carry up to a 25% Posting & Packing charge depending on destination. We will contact you when there are additional postal charges above 15% for your region.

We will reimburse any significant difference between the Postage & Packing charge and final actual postage cost.

Europen customers usually receive their orders withing 15 working days, and Rest of the World customers within a month.
